Edmonton Catholic Schools welcomes families to register for the 2026–2027 school year!
Below are dates for pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school, and specialized programs. Registration is not first‑come, first‑served. Applications are reviewed in accordance with Administrative Procedure 300 – Admission of Students.

New Student Registration (Kindergarten to Grade 12)

Families new to ECSD can apply online starting February 2. For specialized programs, some schools have unique entrance dates and separate applications. Visit your school’s website for details.
Pre-Kindergarten (100 Voices)
Monday, February 2, 2026
Apply online for 100 Voices. After submitting your application, school staff will contact you to schedule a spring screening session. Visit ecsd.net/100voices for the criteria for 100 Voices Eligibility.
Returning Student Registration
Monday, February 2, 2026
The pre-enrolment process for current students runs from Monday, February 2 to Friday, March 13, 2026. Pre-enrolment is essential for planning. It helps the Division anticipate enrolment and make informed decisions about staffing, class sizes, and program offerings. Some schools and programs have additional registration requirements. Returning Grade 12 Registration (upgrading 4th and 5th year)

Summer School 2026 Registration

International Students
Open Now
The International Student Program is for non-resident students (Grades 10–12) who come to Canada specifically to study at Edmonton Catholic Schools. Applications are open until May 31, 2026, or until capacity is reached. Learn more at ecsd.net/internationalstudentprogram.
